Here’s how you can place an order:

Step 1: Select/Click the item that you want to order
Step 2: Then add to Bag.
Step 3: View Bag
Step 4: Order Summary details
Step 5: Proceed to Checkout
Step 6: Once all necessary Information is filled out, click Submit Order

Which is the Currency, Country of origin, and Countries for delivery of the Vintage Box Page?

The currency is EURO only at the moment, Cyprus is the Country of origin of the Vintage Box page and we make deliveries for Cyprus.

Return/Cancelation/Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Vintage Box. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Exchange or Return for a Refund. The products can be returned within 14 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

For RETURNS, please make sure that:
-The product is returned within 14 days after you have received it
-The product is in its original packaging
-The product isn’t used or damaged
-The product is sent to us with a copy of your invoice or proof of payment
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To return the products, please submit items change request to customer service via [email protected].
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)


We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
